Where did judgment take place in the Bible?

The king often pronounced his judgments when sitting on his throne. The following verses show how the ‘throne’ and ‘judgment’ are often associated.

1Ki 7:7 ESV  And he made the Hall of the Throne where he was to pronounce judgment, even the Hall of Judgment. It was finished with cedar from floor to rafters.

Pro 20:8 ESV  A king who sits on the throne of judgment winnows all evil with his eyes.

Psa 122:5 ESV  There thrones for judgment were set, the thrones of the house of David.

Isa 9:6-7 ESV  For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  7  Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this.

Mat 19:28 ESV  Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Luk 22:28-30 ESV  “You are those who have stayed with me in my trials,  29  and I assign to you, as my Father assigned to me, a kingdom,  30  that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
